Why Trident exists
Trident was founded on a simple frustration: Orange County's home inspection market was dominated by sub-contracted, rushed, formulaic reports that failed buyers right when stakes were highest. We knew there was a better way.
We built Trident around three commitments: every inspection performed by an in-house employee inspector (never a sub-contractor), every report delivered same-day, and every finding documented honestly — without bias toward selling remediation.
Today, our team performs more than 100 inspections a week across Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. We hold the most rigorous certifications in the industry, we operate under California Structural Pest Control Board License #PR8662 for our termite and pest control work, and we maintain a full operational footprint at 2430 N Glassell St. Unit L in Orange, California.
