I am passionate about each and every inspection I perform. I realize that our clients have a lot going on once their offer has been accepted. In my experience, I have the opportunity to educate them on their new home and answer any questions they may have. I find that this approach will typically lower their anxiety by removing all of the unknown. This may be my 1,000th inspection, but this is their home.
